 Why hello there!

I'm Caitlin and new here to this wonderful community. I just finished Gene's autobiography and loved it. Yep, been a fan of his for like 10 years now and I like movies, video games, and anime. Nerd stuff. Looking to get more active on this thing. Add me if you want!

wingbones: virtually obsessed with gene

i have an abnormal obsession with gene wilder and it's pretty unexplainable.. i mean it is explainable, but out of all the reasons i could list, it really wouldn't encompass the amount of love, admiration, appreciation, and attraction that i have for gene.

so i'm just going to post a few of my favorite caps froma few of my favorite "gene scenes" if you will.

solidfoamsoul: Question and eBay item.

Hey, everyone, newbie here.

I fell in love with Gene Wilder after seeing Willy Wonka as a kid. I was going to say "like many of you here, I'm sure" but then thought, "Wait a second, it's not like everyone's my age. It's not like Willy Wonka was his first movie!" Silly brain.

So, first I have a question for you all,

What was your first Gene Wilder movie?

Secondly, I'm selling my DVD copy of "Stir Crazy" and "Funny about Love" on VHS on eBay. So, have a look!

bathtubnz: Willy Wonka RiffTrax Out!

Your favorite chicken-slaughtering candy-maker is now a RiffTrax! Yes, Willy Wonka (the older, shouting Willy Wonka, not the newer, thin, fey version), the chocolatier and inventor of a gobstopper that lasts a good deal longer than the older, short-lived gobstoppers, gets the treatment from Mike and special guest Riffer…(wait for it… drum roll… fanfare… small burst of fireworks…) Neil Patrick Harris! That's right, Neil Patrick Harris, not Ed Harris, the guy with the scar on his face from "A History of Violence", but rather NEIL PATRICK HARRIS!
